How quickly is my order processed?


Please allow 2­-5 business days to ship your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?


Our average processing time is 2-3 days. Average delivery time for US ground shipping is 4-8 business days. For international shipping, please check here.

International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to. Please allow additional time for International orders.

How can I track my order?


A tracking number will be provided for all domestic/international orders. Following your order confirmation, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped out. US orders can be tracked on USPS. International orders can be tracked through the correspondent carrier's site sent through the shipping notification email.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?


Regrettably, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped out. If you need to cancel an order before it's shipped out, please contact us immediately at cs@toyment.com

Once an order begins processing no changes can be made. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and contact us at cs@toyment.com.

For domestic order, we ship via USPS( United States Postal Service ). International orders are shipped via varies carriers depending on the country.

What if I provided the wrong address?


If you inform us before shipping, we'll replace with the correct address. If it's already been shipped out, unfortunately, we will not be able to withdraw the shipment.

How do you handle defects or a mistake In my Order?


In the rare case that you receive an item with a defect or a wrong item, please contact us at cs@toyment.com. We will contact you to resolve the issue.

How long will it take to process my refund?


You will receive an email from Customer Care within 2 business days of our receipt confirming that your refund was processed.

Please allow your financial institution up to 5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
