Using the store
You must be an adult able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Products and prices
Product descriptions, selected variants, and the listed inclusions describe the item offered for sale. Styled room photographs may show furniture or accessories that are not included. Colors may vary with lighting and your screen. Check the product's dimensions, materials, care instructions, manufacturer age guidance, and safety information before purchasing.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. The total shown at checkout is the amount payable for that order.
Orders and payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. An order is subject to successful payment and Toyment's acceptance. If a pricing error or another issue prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is free worldwide. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and Toyment covers return shipping. Email shiponienterprises@gmail.com to arrange a return. See our Shipping & Returns policy for contact and return instructions.
Product use and safety
Use products according to the manufacturer's instructions and age recommendations, with appropriate adult supervision. Follow installation and care instructions for magnetic wall sheets. Photographs and descriptions do not replace the instructions and warnings supplied with a product.
Website content and external services
Toyment's website content is provided for browsing and shopping. Do not reproduce it for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. External services, including Stripe, operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
